During an interview on MSNBCâs âMorning Joeâ Thursday, Hillary Clinton expressed deep concern that Donald Trump may deny the results of the upcoming 2024 election. â⌠[H]e's practically promised us if you listen to him at his rallies, you read his interview with Time Magazine, that if he doesn't like the way the election turns out, he's going to do something again to try to prevent the lawful winner from taking office,â Clinton warned.

Yet Clinton is one of the greatest purveyors of election denialism. Following the 2016 election, Clinton insisted that the election was stolen from her by the Russians. Additionally, Clintonâs campaign team funded the infamous Steele Dossier, which ignited the false conspiracy that Trump colluded with the Russians to win the 2016 election. The Russia Collusion Hoax, spurred by and funded by the Clinton campaign, was aimed at both delegitimizing the Trump presidency and removing him from office.
At no point did âMorning Joeâ hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski point out the irony in election-denier Clinton fearing that Trump may potentially deny a future election.
Clinton went on to compare Trump to Adolf Hitler and expressed concern that, if elected, Trump may jail his political enemies. Meanwhile, President Joe Biden has weaponized the Department of Justice against numerous former Trump employees and Trump himself. Again, however, there was no mention of the irony.
